Movies for the 50+ crowd? That is exactly what the Movies for Grownups Awards is all about. Now in it's 9th year, AARP The Magazine recognizes the Best Movies for the 50+ Audience. The Awards Gala was held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Ca on February 16, 2010. In attendance was film legend Robert De Niro who was honored with the Lifetime achievement award. Presenters, nominees and guests included Jeff Bridges, Morgan freeman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Lee Daniels, Juliette Lewis, Shirley Jones, Robert Forster and Morgan Fairchild among others.
