Denise Richards prepares to be pampered as a guest at the charitable event "Give & Get Fete"  benefitting Dress for Success Worldwide-West held on July 29, 2009 at the legendary Frederic Fekkai Salon and Spa in Beverly Hills, CA. The exclusive event and auction was hosted by Niecy Nash with a private performance by American Idol Finalist, Michael Johns. Fellow attendees included Chelsea Handler, Bridget Marquardt and Lisa Ann Walter among others.
